Ejection Policy 

If it becomes necessary to eject a coach or athlete for any reason, or a school fails to complete a contest because a coach pulls his/her team from the field, 

It is MANDATORY that you: 

1.Notify the unit’s assignor, or the Unit’s President ONE (1) Hour after the conclusion of the contest.

 2.Complete the Official’s Mis-Conduct Report located on the CIFSS Web Site as follows:

                     Go to: CIFSS.org

                     Click on: OFFICIALS tab

                     Click on: Officials Misconduct Report

                     Enter Sport: Softball    Enter Password: 123 

Should a spectator be ejected from the facility at your request, then you must submit an Incident Report using the same instructions.

Complete the Report and ensure to click on Ralph Aranda as the Liaison Long Beach/Whittier area.  It is recommended that you print a copy for your file prior to sending the report. 

3.After completing the “EJECTION or an INCIDENT REPORT” notify Liaison  that you have submitted the form.
