Registration Process

Summary of the Registration Process for the 2025 CSOA Long Beach Unit:

To register, you can either complete printed forms or use an online form. Membership dues are $120 if paid by December 3, 2024. Late fees increase to $145 after December 3, and $200 after January 1, 2025.

Steps to Register:

  1. Payment: Pay via check (to CSOA Long Beach Unit) or Venmo (@ralph-aranda).
  2. Forms: Provide proof of liability insurance (NASO, USA, or NFHS) and complete the required forms (available online).
  3. Submission Options:
    • Print and bring completed forms with payment to a meeting.
    • Mail completed forms and check to Ralph Aranda (address provided).
    • Use the online registration form and either bring payment to a meeting or send via Venmo.

Deadlines:

  • Regular dues: December 3, 2024.
  • Late fees apply starting December 4.
  • First meeting: December 3, 2024.
